Each investigator undergoes a broad training regimen, wherein they are tested on FDCPA regulations, exposed to multiple recovery questions and situations, and trained to use each database afforded them in their recovery efforts. Investigators are trained according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and our Quality Control Supervisor works with each investigator to ensure compliance. Our investigators know the difference between forwarding companies, insurance claims, and assignments that come straight from lenders; and we also know how to ensure each client's unique needs are met.

DONAVAN TAYLOR
With a background in Public Relations, Mr. Taylor serves as Senior Account Manager and Senior Investigator for the Mark Lyon Group. Mr. Taylor has set a high standard for investigations and account resolution at three different companies prior to creating the Mark Lyon Group, and achieved excellent results, including an increase in resolution rate of 28%, for his previous employer. He founded the Mark Lyon Group in 2009.
Robin Whitlock
Mrs. Whitlock serves as the Accounting Manager for the Mark Lyon Group. She has worked as an accounting manager for skip trace companies over the last five years, and is adept at handling all clients' questions regarding billing and general account inquiries.
Amy Meyers
Amy Meyers is the Client Relations Manager for the Mark Lyon Group. She has worked in the skip trace business for over four years, and is adept at handling all clients' questions regarding updates, billing and general account inquiries. She specializes in meeting each client's needs with professionalism, demonstrates solid communication skills, and has the ability to establish great rapport with clients.
